ACE Dry Cleaners - We Clean - Any Wear - Any Occasion

What Is Dry Cleaning and How Does It Work?

Dry cleaning is a process that uses little or no water to clean clothes and fabrics. Dry cleaners typically use chemical solvents to remove soiling from clothing and other textiles.

The solvents used in dry cleaning are not the same as those used in traditional wet cleaning methods such as washing with soap and water.

Dry cleaning is generally considered to be a safer and more gentle way to clean clothing than wet cleaning. It is also effective at removing difficult-to-clean stains, such as oil-based stains.

Dry Cleaning

We Dry Clean your garments to keep them clean and protect the fabric. Dry cleaning does not use any water instead, it uses a liquid cleaning Eco-friendly solvent that helps remove stains while being extremely gentle on the garment.

Not all stains can be removed by dry cleaning. Some need to be treated with special spotting solvents. Let our attendant know if any of your garments have stains that need special attention.

We notate this via tagging and include spot cleaning during the cleaning process.

In addition to Dry Cleaning, we can launder and press your dress shirts.

Your coloured shirts will retain their vibrant colours, and your white shirts will remain bright white.

Your shirts are returned on hangers and ready to wear.

Typical turn-around time is three business days.

We use the latest in eco-friendly, non-toxic chemicals with state-of-the-art cleaning machinery.

We also have a solar plant harvesting our own energy and air / sun dry wherever possible.
